Congratulations to the Reno Stars for winning this years league title. The win compiled with my leaving this year
made this a dream season for me. THanks to my teamates for there hardwork and dedication to the Stars. Also I'd like
to congratulate the Rockies on an outstanding season, we were fortunate to get them on an off day for they proved all
season to be the real deal.

THANK YOU PLAYERS
I just wanted thank the players of the league for
there kindness in getting the gold giants watch and
money for a Giants game.
I was truly very humbled, it's not very often that i'm
left speechless but I was. It's a tremendous feeling
knowing that people appreciate what you do.
It's never been about the money for me, because, well
the money was not good. It was about doing the best I
could for the league.

2005 MVP Awards
The 2005 MVP awards were once again a tough desicion,
I've had to go back through the games and attempt to
make the right call. I've based the result on the
meaning of "Most Valuable Player" and what it stands
for.
I know there will be disputes over these but I feel
i've made the right choices.
Shawn Perkins Most Valuable Pitcher:
This came down to 4 pitchers, all of whom were
deserving. Tim Reynolds, Chad Bartek, Aaron Neilson
and Luke Drakulich. I could go wrong and would love
to have anyone of these players as a teammate.
The award goes to--
Tim Reynolds, he almost single handely carried the
Stars pitching staff going 8-0 with a 2.55 era.
Most Valuable Player:
This was tough as well with 6-7 players having
tremendous years.
I narrowed it down to 2 and just couldn't decide so
I'm giving out 2 awards this year.
Shawn Barton, Shawn leadership and clutch offense and
defense kept the Stars in games and helped them win
many of them. He also hit over .500 for the 3rd year
in a row.
Luke Drakulich, Not only did Luke have a stellar year
on the bump, this year he really excelled at the plate
leading the league with a .575 avg. Definatley a huge
asset for Port of Subs.
